Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION As your loctician I value the time I spend with each of my clients. In order to allow for business to flow smoothly, I ask that if you would like to cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment time. Not doing will subject you to a late cancellation charge of 50% of the total cost of your booked service or a no show charge of 100% cost of your booked service. SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT I value all my clients and enjoy providing you with the services you love. As a reminder, in order to secure/confirm your appointment, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all services. Should your 50% deposit not be received upon booking, your scheduled appointment will be cancelled, and you will be asked to book a new appointment. ADDITIONAL FEES As a loctician and natural stylist my aim is to ensure that your hair is nourished and healthy. To maintain this, I do ask that you schedule your appointments at minimum 6 weeks apart and no more than 8 weeks apart. This avoids matting. If matting occurs there will be a $25 surcharge added to your appointment, 8 weeks post your last appointment and every 4 weeks thereafter. This charge is to cover the service necessary to treat your hair. PLEASE ADD 30-45 MINUTES FOR DRYING & 15-20 MINUTES FOR ANY UNFORESEEN OCCURRENCES.
