These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by MirandaNatural, located in Virginia, USA. By booking appointments, making purchases, or otherwise engaging with our salon, you agree to abide by these terms.
**1. Services:**
- MirandaNatural provides various hair care services including but not limited to hair styling, treatments, and consultations.
- Services are provided by skilled professionals trained in natural hair care techniques.
**2. Appointment Booking:**
- Clients can book appointments either online through our website or in person at our salon.
- Appointment availability is subject to scheduling constraints and availability of stylists.
- Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling at the discretion of salon staff.
- Upon booking appointments stylist request that clients indicate whether they have any health conditions or allergies during the booking process.
**3. Payment:**
- Payment for services can be made online through our secure payment portal or in person at the salon.
- Prices for services are clearly outlined on our website and may vary depending on the specific service requested.
- Payment is due as follows: 50% deposit is required to secure your appoint time, with the remainder coming due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon. Note your deposit is non-refundable
**4. Cancellations and Rescheduling:**
- Clients are requested to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or no show fee. The 50% deposit required upon booking is non-refundable.
- MirandaNatural reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
**5. Client Responsibilities:**
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their hair type, condition, and any relevant medical history that may affect the provision of services.
- Clients are responsible for following any aftercare instructions provided by salon staff to maintain the results of their services.
**6. Children's Services:**
- MirandaNatural provides services for both adults and children.
- Parents or guardians are required to accompany children under a certain age (as determined by salon policy) and are responsible for supervising their behavior during appointments.
**7. Liability & Disclaimer:**
- MirandaNatural is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the provision of services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- MirandaNatural uses natural hair care products and is not liable for any damages, injuries or losses resulting from any medical conditions or allergies not disclosed prior to any appointment. (Please see 'Appointment Booking' for booking Terms.)
- Clients acknowledge that hair care services inherently carry some level of risk and agree to release MirandaNatural from any liability arising from such risks.
**8. Amendments:**
- MirandaNatural Loctician reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Clients will be notified of any significant changes to these terms through our website or other communication channels.
**9. Governing Law:**
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, USA.
